In preparation for this the advancement of technology and the power of the intelligence community is of the foremost importance. In order to maintain a position of dominance, the government must sustain its partnership with wartime industry. Through a metamorphosis of the “military industrial complex”, into a new “intelligence industrial complex”, this accomplishment can be witnessed. The ever present fear of terrorism will still be used as justification for sustained engagement. The new terrorist threat comes from what the media refers to as hackers. [...]</description>
